Flowers as set design
Event styling is wedding craft pointed at everything else, product launches, gallery openings, long-table dinners, milestone birthdays, end-of-year functions. The brief is different (brand colours, photo walls, the client's logo situation) but the job is the same: make the room feel intentional.
We quote per event with an itemised breakdown, table pieces, feature installs, entry moments, and we build knowing the flowers exist mostly to be photographed. Lighting, sightlines and where the photographer stands all get factored in.
Our promise
Written quote before deposit, site check on larger installs, and backup stems for every focal piece. If we quote it, we deliver it, that's the deal.
What event styling costs

How event styling actually runs
Events run tighter than weddings, shorter lead, sharper brief. Here's how it plays out.
Brief and budget
Venue, date, headcount, brand or theme, budget range. A Pinterest board helps but honestly so does a two-line email.
Proposal
Itemised quote within 48 hours, table pieces, entry feature, photo wall, whatever the room needs. Revise until it fits.
Lock the date
30% deposit holds the crew and the stem order. Corporate invoicing available for repeat clients.
Site visit
For installs over $1,000 we walk the venue, power, rigging points, load-in dock, the spots guests actually photograph.
Build and install
Built in-studio the day before, installed on the venue's schedule. We work around AV bump-in, not against it.
Bump-out
Post-event we clear everything, vessels back to the studio, compost to compost, venue left exactly as found.

For brand work we coordinate with your production team early; nothing kills an install faster than discovering the stage rigging went up first.
