Same-day delivery is the backbone of what we do. Every weekday morning the bench fills with orders that came in overnight, and by 10am the first couriers are loading up. Order before 2pm and your bunch joins the afternoon run, Windsor to the CBD, St Kilda to Richmond, 96 suburbs covered.
We don't warehouse bouquets. Your flowers get cut, conditioned and hand-tied after you order, which is why the dispatch photo exists, you see the actual bunch before it leaves, not a stock image from 2019.
Our promise
If the bouquet arrives damaged or misses the window you paid for, we replace it free or refund the lot. Just send a photo within 24 hours, details on the refunds page.

How same-day delivery actually runs
The same-day run is a well-oiled little machine. Here's what happens between your checkout and their doorstep.
Order before 2pm
Pick a size online or call the studio. The cut-off is honest. After 2pm we can sometimes squeeze it in, but we'll tell you straight rather than guess.
Stems pulled fresh
Your florist pulls the day's best stems from the cold room. If the roses came in tight, we swap to something that's actually open, and tell you.
Hand-tied and wrapped
Kraft wrap, water source, ribbon, your handwritten card. Takes about 15 minutes of bench time per bouquet.
Photo before dispatch
We text you a photo of the finished bunch. Not happy with it? Say so now, this is the last easy fix.
Courier run
Bouquets go out in batches by suburb. Live ETA lands by SMS once your rider is loaded and moving.
Hand-off photo
The courier photographs the delivery, door, hands, or reception desk. You know it landed even if you're on the other side of the world.

Six florists on the bench, three couriers on the road, one studio on Chapel Street. The same-day team works in pairs, one building, one checking wraps and cards, so a 40-bouquet Friday doesn't turn into a 40-mistake Friday. Our senior courier, Pat, has been riding Melbourne delivery routes for nine years and can find a loading dock that isn't on any map.
