Your venue, transformed, then packed down quietly
We've styled over 420 weddings and events since 2019, backyard ceremonies of twelve, warehouse receptions of two hundred. The approach is the same: a proper consult, a design you approve on paper, flowers built in-studio over the two days before, and a crew on site who install, style and come back to bump out without you noticing.
We work in the venues couples actually book: The Chapel in St Kilda, Half Acre, gardens across the Yarra Valley, and we're happy in a marquee, a gallery or your nan's backyard. If it can hold flowers, we can fill it.
Our promise
Everything's locked in a written quote before you pay a deposit, stems, quantities, install times. If the market fails us, substitutions are flagged and approved before the day, never discovered at the venue.

How wedding florals actually runs
Event florals run on a longer clock than a bouquet, here's the full arc from first call to bump-out.
Consult
Free 30-minute call or studio visit. Venue, date, guest count, mood, and an honest read on what your budget buys.
Design proposal
Itemised quote plus mood board and stem list within a week. Two rounds of revisions included; we tweak until it's right.
Deposit and lock-in
30% holds the date and the stem order. Balance is due a week before the event.
Site check
For installs over $1,500 we visit the venue, anchor points, light, bump-in access, where the arch actually stands in the photos.
Build days
Flowers conditioned 48 hours out, built through the day before and morning of. Your bouquet travels in water until the last second.
Install and bump-out
Crew installs on the venue's schedule, styles the tables, and returns post-event to clear everything. You never lift a stem.

The crew behind 420 weddings
Event work is a three-person minimum at Fresh Bloom. Daniel leads design and quotes, he's the one sketching your arch in the consult. Priya runs personal flowers: bouquets, buttonholes, the pieces that get photographed closest and longest. On install day our regular crew of three becomes five with two trusted freelancers who've worked every big wedding with us since 2022.
