Sympathy work is the part of floristry where being on time isn't a feature, it's the whole job. We coordinate directly with the funeral home or the family, service time, delivery window, any traditions to respect, and the flowers arrive before the first mourners do, not during.

Our promise
We confirm the service details with the funeral home ourselves, if we ever missed a service we'd refund everything, but in seven years it's never happened.

Sympathy orders get their own quiet process, less back-and-forth, more certainty.

Senior hands only for sympathy work
Sympathy pieces go to Daniel and Priya, our two most senior florists, and only to them. It's a studio rule we set early: the flowers that matter most get the most experienced hands, no matter how busy the bench is. Pat handles sympathy deliveries personally; he knows every funeral home and chapel between Windsor and the cemetery belt by first name.
