Four small steps between now and flowers
No ticket numbers, no call centre. Your note goes straight to the bench. Here's exactly how we handle it.
We read it — properly
One of our florists opens your message and notes the occasion, the suburb and any deadline you mentioned.
We call or reply within the hour
During studio hours (Mon–Sat 7:00–19:00) you'll hear back within the hour, usually a quick call, because it's faster than typing. After hours or on Sunday, first thing the next morning.
We confirm the quote or order
We agree on the style, budget and delivery time, then lock it into the day's run sheet. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
The flowers move
Stems get conditioned, the bouquet is built and photographed, and our courier takes it to the door on time.
